"Good afternoon,

You were previously registered to attend the Southern Water Your water, your say meeting in June this year.

We wanted to let you know that we are running another meeting on Monday 27th November from 6.00pm – 8.00pm and would like to invite you to take part.

Information about the event:

We recently submitted our Business Plan for 2025 to 2030 to our regulator, Ofwat for approval. Our record £7.8 billion Plan aims to deliver major improvements in water resilience, wastewater treatment, and customer service, as well as protection of our environment. We want to hear our customers thoughts on our proposals and answer any questions they may have.

Your questions can cover the service we provide, our impact on the environment, what will happen to your water bill or whatever other topic is important to you.

Your water, your say will be held online using Microsoft Teams

Join us for our Your water, your say session on 27 November 2023 at 6.00pm – 8.00pm. It will be run online to allow customers to join from right across the Southern Water area.

Book your place

Taking part is easy. Register by clicking the link above before 3pm on 27 November 2023.

If you’re unable to attend the event or you’d prefer, CCW will raise your question on your behalf. You can submit your query prior to the meeting to [email protected], stating that your question is for Southern Water, and whether you’re unable to attend or you’re attending but would prefer CCW to raise it for you. Questions won’t be shared with us before the meeting.

We know not everyone has access to IT equipment and will be able to join us online. Multiple people can join from the same device. And we’re encouraging our community groups and organisations to reach out to anyone who may not have access to IT and can raise questions for them.

Event details

The event will start at 6.00pm and will finish at 8.00pm. It’ll be introduced by an independent chairperson appointed by our regulator Ofwat and the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).

Members from our Executive Team and Board will share what's in our proposed plan, the challenges we’re facing, and how we're working together with our communities and stakeholders to deliver more for our customers and the environment.

There will then be time for you to ask us questions on the plan and provide feedback. If we’re unable to answer any of your questions, we’ll give a written response after the meeting.

You can find out more about the meeting from CCW and Ofwat.

Privacy notice

Please note, this event will be live streamed and recorded. Your name will appear on screen if you ask a question. We will collect email addresses for pre-event and post event correspondence only.

Many thanks,

The Southern Water Team"
