ABBOTTS ANN PARISH COUNCIL

Abbotts Ann Parish Council have been notified that the outline planning application for up to 62 dwellings and community car park, with all matters reserved except for access situated on Land At OS Ref 433004 143187, Duck Street, Abbotts Ann, Hampshire has been received by Test Valley Borough Council.

The application can be viewed on the Test Valley Borough Council website.

Planning Reference: 26/00917/OUTN

Residents are advised that Test Valley Borough Council have notified the Parish Council of the following:

Any previous submissions / comments regarding earlier versions of this application, or comments submitted following the public consultation held by CL Planning will not be carried forward to this application.
All representations must be resubmitted, quoting the reference 26/00917/OUTN, in order to be considered as part of the formal planning process.

Comments should be submitted via the Test Valley Borough Council Planning Portal or in writing to the Planning Department, ensuring the correct reference number is included.

The Parish Council will be holding an extraordinary meeting in the Jubilee Room of the War Memorial Hall on Wednesday 13th May at 19:00 to discuss the application in order to submit comments – members of the public are welcome to attend.

About Abbotts Ann

Abbotts Ann is a village and parish of the same name. Abbotts Ann is one of 59 parishes in Test Valley. It has an area of 1,218.75 hectares which represents 2.04% of the total area of Test Valley. The parish includes areas around the village itself, namely Little Ann, Little Park, Abbotts Ann Down and an area of Anna Valley.

In terms of size Abbotts Ann is Test Valley's fifteenth largest parish. The parish population is 1,309 and the population density is 1.02 people per hectare.

The parish has a thriving community, with an award-winning village shop, church, state of the art primary school, nursery school, several community/ leisure facilities and two pubs. The Parish Council meetings take place on the first Thursday of every month usually in the War Memorial Hall.
